"Besides doing what they always do - paying off claims quickly and efficiently, this time they were really outstanding. My daughter accidentally left her SD card in the camera when we sent it in. Square Trade really went out of their way to track it down and ship it back to us! The camera was going to be salvaged so it was really a long shot, but they really came through! Thank you Square Trade! We won't use anyone else!"

"I have been a Square Trade customer for years. I usually purchase a extended warranty for most of my major purchases. I have used the warranties several times and have always found the process simple and painless, No questions asked, if it can't be repaired, they refund your purchase price. It usually only takes a few days. The cost of the warranties is far less than what is offered by the retail store and always better. "Most people recommend you do not get an extended warranty but with four busy grandchildren AND the (normally) exceptional LOW PRICE for extended warranties - I find SquareTrade warranties for Electronics an absolute must. I can't think of a single time the repair service was not exceptionally fast. I sent in a DS last Friday for repair and got it back exactly one week later - looking brand new."
