"I has purchased a electronic warranty through square trade for a hard drive disc for my laptop. After one and a half years it failed. I emailed square trade and was immediately impressed with how easy and fast it was to make a claim. Even over my phone, they had a mobile friendly site. I had a couple of questions that I couldn't find about electronic parts so I called the 1 800 number. Immediately they found my claim and answered all my questions.
