" Amazingly good company. Accidentally dropped and drowned my GPS unit. Contacted Squaretrade and had a claim filed in about 5 minutes. Their call back service is terrific. Had a very professional and helpful representative send me out a return label. Packed up the unit and sent it off through Fedex the next morning.
