"Daughter dropped her computer and took it to a place where they reseated the hard drive. The computer still worked, but the hinges were broken. Over a period of time, the computer became more and more difficult to open. At this point, I remembered the Square Trade warranty and contacted them about the issue. They responded within a couple of hours, had a box sent to our house in two days and we sent it to them. "We love SquareTrade! Everything that we own that can have a SquareTrade warranty has one. With two kids, you can imagine how many broken iPad or iPhone screens we've had to deal with lately, and they have fixed every issue. I even broke my iPhone screen for the first time ever and they immediately fixed it for me. I can't even explain the unbelievable value you get when you have a SquareTrade warranty on an item. They have fixed numerous phones for us, or replace them for us, which is a fabulous value. "

"I had have square trade for almost a year, first of all nothing can beat their price to insure your electronics, my galaxy s3 the screen broke and stop working at least twice already in the 3.5 years I have own my phone since say one that came out and both times Square trade was super fast,reliable and easy to fix my problem, WITHIN 1.5DAYS! My phone was send to their repair team and back to me like new, there is a $75 deductible but if i go to the shop will cost me more and they probably don't carry parts for my old s3 sin... read more
