"Easy, fast, and a heck of a lot better than going to the dreaded Apple Store. Over all I was very happy with how easy the process went. My replacement phone is perfect. The only flaw is that I had to call because it was not automatically picked up that my receipt from my original phone was already on file. I had filed my claim online hoping I wouldn't have to make any calls. In the end that was still more pleasant than driving 45 minutes to the nearest Apple Store. I will continue to be a happy customer."

I followed the instructions and sent in the broken phone. It took a bit longer to receive my replacement than they had promised, so they upgraded me by one model (iPhone 5 to iPhone 5S). "I called Squaretrade and spoke with Michael Wong who showed genuine concern for my well-being after I told him how I passed out and fell, damaging my phone in the fall. Michael assured me that he would get me a working phone next day if not the same day...wow!
