"I reached out to SquareTrade after my son threw my phone and broke the screen. I was expecting them asking for pictures of the phone and more details on what happened, etc. None of that happened. They understood and things had to move fast and so did their process. Within an hour my claim was approved on a Saturday night. I got my screen fixed on Sunday, emailed them the receipt. Got my reimbursement on Monday. I am not going to Apple Care anymore, these guys are awesome"

"My iPhone that I purchased used on eBay came with the option of adding a SquareTrade warranty. I'm so glad that I chose to buy it! After just a few months of using the phone several issues became apparent. I started a claim online, received an email very shortly afterwards approving my claim, I got my phone fixed (the Genius Bar actually just replaced my phone) and after emailing that receipt to SquareTrade I am getting reimbursed. Couldn't be easier. Definitely worth it!"
"I recently had to file a claim on a broken tablet in which it was insured by SquareTrafe. I called and filed acclaim and the customer service rep was very polite. They did not argue as to what was going or if it was covered. He took the information and sent me a prompt email with instructions. Since I had chosen an Amazon gift card, as soon as the package was scanned into the system, SquareTrade sent me an email gift code so I could order a new tablet the same day. "Contacted Square Trade by phone 11/18/14,briefly explained my problem. The agent evaluated the issue in 3 minutes,informing me a full reimbursement was in order. He then offered me a choice of how I'd prefer to receive it. My Amazon gift card arrived 11/21/14. The communication through out all phases was prompt, efficient and precise. Absolutely the most outstanding customer service I've ever received,just awesome. "This is the second time I've used Square Trade and had to submit a claim. I am so glad that I spent the extra money for the insurance. The first electronic was a Kurio Touch for my oldest daughter and after a few months it stopped charging. As I was getting ready to submit the claim to Square Trade I was preparing for a fight.
