"After all of the negative things I've heard about Square Trade they came through with a quickness. I filed the claim on a Tuesday, received the Square Trade Affidavit the same day, attached the Affidavit to their original email and shot it back to them that Tuesday evening. "VERY,capital V E R Y,prompt service. Would've been a little faster on my end if I knew how well it would have been expedited. Only issue I had was the fact that it was a printer that went down that I made the claim on, and I was E-mailed a shipping label to "print" and affix to the package. Hard to do without a printer, but nearly $18 dollars later, the UPS store boxed it,printed my label, and got the package on its way.
