"I was gobsmacked by my experience with SquareTrade! I purchased a two-year warranty with my Galaxy Tablet, and had an issue after one year. It wouldn't charge or turn on. I called to file a claim, and the claim was approved in minutes over the phone. They sent me a pre-paid FedEx label that made it easy to drop off at a FedEx collection box. "Long story short, these guys are awesome. I could not be more happy with what happened for my situation - Remote had a problem with it, called the number for support on SquareTrade's site and the ease of how the return and refund process was seamless. Sent me the package labeling - attached it to a package - and as soon as they got confirmation of the return, they gave me my money and now my new remote is purchased. I cannot be happier with the ease and use of their warranty. SQUARETRADE OR NO ONE ELSE!"

"Definitely would recommend this warranty from SquareTrade. I purchased this for my beats headphones about 2 years ago, which suddenly started malfunctioning on me. Filed a claim online and got a quick response. i gave them proof of receipt and the next day they provided me with a shipping label to have shipped to their headquarters. As soon as the packaged was scanned for pickup i received a refund for the amount i paid for the item. "
"I very rarely purchase an extended warrenty for anything. I consider them to be a waste of money. My Square Trade extended warrenty proved to be the exception to my rule. "In Jan 2013, I bought a router from Tiger Direct with extended warranty from Square Trade a couple of years ago. The router stopped working in Dec 2014. I contacted Square Trade and gave them details of the purchase. All they need from me is a copy of purchase receipt and then emailed me a Pre-paid return label. I was late in returning the router, but as soon as they received the item they refunded it to my credit card straight away. No dispute, no hidden small prints that. I am very impressed with the smooth process."

In this case, my only warning is that you need to pony up for the warranty If you're on the fence about it! I'm so glad I did.
