"This is the first time I've used square trade. We had a computer that we'd already sent in for a warranty repair the year before on it's own warranty and it was fixed. It started having the same problem again, so I started my square trade claim. I was told at first that they'd send out a replacement part and then schedule a technician to come out. "SquareTrade is a necessity, for any online electronics I buy. It's sort of like your cellphone or wallet, I can't leave home without it. Same goes for a SquateTrade warranty. Super fast reimbursements, staff is extra friendly and their customer service is outstanding. Their warranties are affordable, so you really have no excuse for not purchasing a warranty. "We recently had a refurbished Dell with a strange video problem. The person at SquareTrade was very helpful, but since we thought it was a software problem she put me in touch with Dell. Dell, was no help at all and gave me quite a runaround. When I later determined that the problem was indeed a hardware problem, SquareTrade immediately refunded the cost of the computer."
