"Contacted Square Trade by phone 11/18/14,briefly explained my problem. The agent evaluated the issue in 3 minutes,informing me a full reimbursement was in order. He then offered me a choice of how I'd prefer to receive it. My Amazon gift card arrived 11/21/14. The communication through out all phases was prompt, efficient and precise. "This is the second time I've used Square Trade and had to submit a claim. I am so glad that I spent the extra money for the insurance. " Amazingly good company. Accidentally dropped and drowned my GPS unit. Contacted Squaretrade and had a claim filed in about 5 minutes. Their call back service is terrific. Had a very professional and helpful representative send me out a return label. Packed up the unit and sent it off through Fedex the next morning. By that afternoon Squaretrade had sent me a credit back though my paypal account and I picked up a replacement next day. Was back on the road with no hassles whatsoever. They really are amazing."
