"I was originally going to mail my IPad 4, with cracked screen, to SquareTrade for repair. Living near St Louis I had the option to use a local repair shop FoxPaw and get it repaired in one day. I called SquareTrade customer service and they changed my claim to a reimbursement vice mail in. Great experience every time and this was my third item requiring a claim."
