"easy easy easy that's what it is to use your square trade warranty. i could not be happier that i purchased a warranty from square trade. my Ipad quit working, i emailed square trade. no talking on the phone. just email. heck ya! i love that! after a couple more emails, they sent me a prepaid shipping label . a couple hours later i get another email saying my money has been sent to Paypal. SUPER DUPER SERVICE! thank you Square Trade!"

"I have SquareTrade on all of my family's phones. We have had two replaced and that went smoothly except that one of the replacement phones started having problems and then got dropped (kids!).
