My GPS screen broke, I just went into square trade web page, logged in, fill in the spaces, I got a mail within minutes asking for some receipts, and again few minutes later I got a mail with all the instructions about how to send the item back and if not able to fix it they will reimburse you 100% of the item value. I definitely will continue to use Square trade and recommend it 100%."

"Awesome experience!! I cracked the screen on my new iPhone 6 Plus and Square Trade allowed me to get a new phone at the Apple Store. I paid for it upfront but Square Trade reimbursed me (through my PayPal account) the same day I sent my receipt to them. Customer service was excellent, fast and friendly. "This was my 2nd claim (different device than the 1st), and the process was as easy and smooth as my 1st. My 1st claim involved a cracked screen on my ipad. I had a claim filed and approved within minutes online, and I printed the prepaid label and sent it in. I'd forgotten to take the "find my ipad" and passlock off, and a customer rep called. "My dog bit my Samsung Galaxy and broke the glass. I had SquareTrade coverage but the phone still worked so I was afraid to file a claim because I use my phone for business and couldn't bear the thought of being without it. I was especially concerned because of what my son had to endure when his iPhone suffered water damage in the rain despite being housed in the $100 LifeProof (not so much) case.
