"I bought a 2 year warranty on Samsung Galaxy S4 last year, thinking I would never use it, having never dropped my phones before, well the inevitable happened, and on concrete. Even with a rubberized bumber, the chassis warped, the screen cracked, and the back plate cracked. "I bought the square trade warranty when I purchased by iPad in 2012. I was extremely happy that it was a 3 yr warranty and not just a standard 2 yr warranty. When I called SquareTrade they were pleasant and had a very easy process. I had 2 options. I was happy with both options . I choose to bring my iPad to the Apple Store for repair.
