"Fantastic service. I recently had to file a claim for my AV receiver. The process was super simple and postage was prepaid with no additional cost to me. They even sent me a box. They determined my device was not repairable within 2 business days of receiving it and I received a full purchase price refund within 2 days. "Customer Service is "everything." It is more important than price. And, it makes me a repeat customer. Square Trade provided excellent service on both counts. I had a warranty on a Roku device. It quit working one day and I called Square Trade up. Their response to my problem was extraordinary in that they resolved my issue in very quick order. No arguments or negotiation needed.
