"Tuesday evening I tap my phone against my kitchen counter and the screen went green. I needed my phone that evening so I took the phone to AT&T. I was told I had to call Square Trade because I purchased it from Sam's. When I got back home I called Square Trade and was giving the three options of getting my phone repaired. "I made a claim on an office chair I purchased several months ago. Unfortunately, the seat started wearing and peeling off in big chunks. The whole process was so easy. Everything was done online and i recieved my refund within 5 days. I usually don't pay extra for service plans. But for $10 for 3 yrs of coverage it was a no brainer! Thank goodness I did, because i was refunded for the purchase price of the chair."

"I bought a SquareTrade warranty plan when I purchased my printer about one year ago. When my printer suddenly died due to hardware failure, I was able to easily process my claim with SquareTrade and receive a refund for the full purchase price of the printer as soon as I shipped the printer back. Shipping was also covered by SquareTrade, which was great."
