Having bought a warranty on it 2 1/2 years ago, I decided to find out how they worked vs those flimsy in store warranties I fought with in the past. I notified them the next day on-line. "When I bought my husband his IPad I also bought a Square Trade warranty.when he broke the scene I had forgotten all about the warranty and was told I would have to drive quite a while to find the nearest Apple approved repairmen. I got out the box my IPad came in to get all my info and found my warranty. I called and they were great! I sent it in and 7 days later had it back. So impressed I bought warranties for our two new mini IPads. Definitely will recommend."
"My laptop computer's screen broke and I was glad I had bought the 3 year Accident Protection. It was so fast and easy, I could hardly believe. All I had to do was go online to file a claim (the filing a claim process took less than 10 minutes) and they immediately sent me the shipping box and label. I had it packed up and ready to go and in a week's time they already fixed the screen and sent it back for no additional cost. I highly recommend this product and service."

"Just as soon as I purchased my iPhone6 128GB, I purchased the 2 yr warranty from SquareTrade. I hate buying cases that triple the size of the phone just to protect me from, well, me. For $99, I can enjoy the surprisingly slippery iPhone6 knowing that the amazing people at SquareTrade have my back. Great deal. In fact, two months after I purchased the phone, gravity ripped my phone from my hand and smashed it on the pavement. True story.
