"I never usually buy extended warranty since they usually expired when I needed them. This is the first time I used SquareTrade and since the extended warranty offered price was excellent(3yrs for $20) I took the risk. Well I was not disappointed at all. I used the Nuwave oven at least twice a week and within the first year it stopped working. Since it was still under the manufacture warranty, it was replaced by the manufacture. "8 Days after buying my new iPad, I made the mistake of leaving it on the roof of my car and driving away. A neighbor found it AFTER it was run over by a car! It actually still worked, but the glass was broken and the back was dented. I've had numerous Square Trade Warranties but never used one....and was SO glad I had gotten one on the new iPad. Put the claim in on Saturday, got approval on Sunday, and swapped out at the Apple store on Monday. VERY smooth replacement with no issues. THANK YOU SQUARE TRADE!"

"I purchased my warranty after purchasing an tablet for my son for Christmas. The tablet was damaged a little later. I registered the tablet for my Square Trade warranty. Submitted my claim on line and submitted my proof of purchase for the tablet and they processed the claim immediately. Our tablet was not able to be repaired so they issued us a check for the purchase amount of the tablet. I am very pleased with the prompt and professional service I received with Square Trade. "I recently had a vital piece of equipment die in the middle of a very busy time in my business. Then I remembered I had bought a Square Trade Warranty on it. I contacted them and within minutes my claim was approved, I had a UPS label for returning the dead item and was given my choice of payment methods to buy the new one! "Cannot recommend them higher. Easy easy easy to file a claim, super quick to handle it, was reimbursed for repair on refrig ice maker within 24 hours of emailing the recpt. Warranty paid for itself with that one repair job."
