"I have a Galaxy S4 and out of nowhere the SIM reader went out. I took it into ATT and they said I might as well toss the whole phone. What they were charging was more than buying a new phone. I remembered I had bought a warranty through Square Trade. I paid the deductible and sent in my phone, having little hope they would do much. To my surprise a practically new Galaxy S4 ships to me four days later. They said they had to replace the whole motherboard, which they did! "My parents bought a 60" TV and 2&1/2 years later a green line showed up in the left half of the the screen. I called in the claim and it was really easy I just had to email some photos of the damage and the guy I spoke to on the phone was great and we did the claim by email witch is best for me, about a week later they deliver the replacement TV best and quickest service had. No drag at all "
