"SquareTrade is reliable, convenient and has great customer service! My phone had an accident that resulted in irreparable water damage. I was so stressed out about it since this was the first time I needed to file a claim. SquareTrade made it so simple and so quick. All I had to do was go to the Genius Bar at an Apple store, pay for a new phone, send a scanned copy or even a photo of the receipt to SquareTrade and they reimbursed me for the entire purchase (even sales tax). "I just had to use my warranty I purchased through Square Trade. It was so simple. I handled everything online, received prompt responses when I had questions, and had everything taken care of quickly. They even paid to ship my item to have it fixed. Can't say enough about how pleased I am!!"
"This is one of the best investments you will ever make. My son is away at college and is like a bull in a china shop. We used our warranty several times. The last time we sent it for repair they could not fix it. We received every penny back that I had spent on the computer plus an additional 3.5% to use Amazon. My phone screen was impossible to work with, it was shattered and dangerous.
