I submitted a claim via the website, and a few hours later I was asked to call in with some more information. When I did the person was knowledgeable, polite and settled the claim quickly. "Squaretrade has done me well. 2 times so far. They. Are. Awesome. I have had a Kindle replaced, and a tablet repaired. I stepped on my Kindle, and got funds for a replacement that I bought through Amazon, so that meant I got some extra credit for getting Amazon credit instead of a check!!
