"All I can say is WOW! SquareTrade is a life saver (or at least a wallet saver)! We pre-ordered brand new iPhone 6 Plus 64 GB phones and I received the offer from SquareTrade for a warranty. "I am very impressed with SquareTrade Warranty Service. This is the third warranty I have purchased and the first time I have had to use it. My Toshiba Satellite C855-S5232 Keyboard shorted out and there was another issue beyond my knowledge. I called SquareTrade call center a week ago Monday October 27, 2014. "SqaureTrade's warranties are very affordable, and the setup process is very easy. My tablet was malfunctioning a little over year after I purchased it, and filed a claim for it. After sending them the tablet they reimbursed me very quickly. I will definitely use SquareTrade again."
"I put in a repair to have the screen on my IPhone repaired. During the repair we asked the Apple Technician to look at the battery as well. He said it needed to be replaced. I called Square Trade to see if I needed to put through a 2nd repair request and was told to just replace the phone. There were no hassles or wait time for repairs! I was VERY PLEASED with the experience."
"Excellence can not be improved. Today, I used my replacement Black & Decker hand held mixer for the first time. When I spoke to Julie at B&D, she understood my problem. took the correct measures to make me one happy customer. Because of Julie, before I received my replacement B&D, I had already purchased a B&D toaster on sale at Macy's. The cheese cake I mixed today will be my best in several weeks.
