When the hard drive on my computer died I was able to send the computer in the box provided by SquareTrade to them and receive it back within 1 week. The staff was very helpful when I called since I had not originally registered my warranty - even though I did not register, they were able to sign me up when I provided the copy of my receipt showing the purchase. "My toddler totally damaged my tablet screen. I thought that it was impossible to repair. Luckily, I signed up for SquareTrade warranty with accidential damage protection. I input my info on the website and a representative called me within 30 seconds. I received my label and shipped my device and literally received my device back within two days. Phenomenal people, phenomenal customer service. I highly recommend SquareTrade to all of my family, friends and colleagues."
