"I have filed three different claims with Squaretrade over the last year and a half and have never had an issue. As long as you have your receipt of purchase on file, the claim process is incredibly fast! They only ask necessary questions and don't grill you about the condition of the product or make it hard to continue you the process. All three times I have chosen to get an Amazon gift card as my payment method and it was in my email within 2-3 days of shipping my product back. "We purchased a Samsung TV from Costco Calgary, Alberta, Canada along with the 3 yr Square Trade protection warranty. Just prior to the Costco 2 year warranty we began having problems with the TV. By the time it got more serious & not fixable we were past the 2 yrs therefore happy that we had the Square Trade protection to turn to. "I don't often get extended warranties, but I am glad that I did get it for my phone. I accidentally broke my cell phone. As soon as I filed a claim online with squaretrade, they sent me a shipping label. Within 4 days of sending it, I received an email saying that they approved the claim and my check is on its way. I am so happy with the response time. At each step, they inform us what is happening. I would gladly recommend squaretrade to anyone looking to get the best warranty protection. "

"My experience was satisfactory. SquareTrade kept me informed of the steps being performed on my iPod to repair it. At the end, they sent me an email to say that my iPod had been repaired and shipped back to me. I was given a tracking number, but no link to a carrier for which to track it through. I called their customer service and my question was answered readily enough, though I could have wished I hadn't had to call to know which carrier to track it through. "There is nothing worse than a digital camera with all the gew-gaws that suddenly stops working! Fortunately, for next to nothing, I'd bought the Square Trade warrenty that was offered with it! Wonderful! Online access, easy instructions, fabulous shipping/packaging instructions for sending, almost immediate repair, and quick return. We're back to snapping pictures again and happy, happy, happy!"
