"I purchased a warranty from SquareTrade for my Wii Fit Balance Board almost 3 yrs ago and have had great results with my board until recently it wasn't quite performing like it should...and I remembered I had the warranty and I completed a claim not really knowing if my issues would be covered. And within a couple of days I received an email stating that my claim was approved and they sent me the return label for UPS and I was astounded!!! "I have bought three or four square trade warranties over the years, and I hope to always get one for any electronics I get from now on. They do very efficient, friendly, and fair business. Unlike the expensive warranties at stores, where bringing anything back is a pain as it is, Square Trade warranties are worth every penny. A couple of years ago, I bought an mp3 player that died after 1 1/2 years. I cashed in my two-year warranty and got the full replacement cost!!!
