"I purchased an Epson printer from Amazon in October 2013. At the same time, I purchased a 2-year warranty on it through SquareTrade. To my disappointment, the printer began to malfunction exactly 1-year after my purchase; however, much to my surprise and joy, SquareTrade honored the warranty and refunded my full purchase price. "I purchased a Galaxy tablet about a year ago (or more). I was devastated when it was found in my driveway shattered. I moped for a couple of days and then realized...I have SquareTrade warranty. Needless to say, I gave them a call and received my reimbursement check. Thanks SquareTrade!!! "

"Very easy to deal with. I had a tablet with a cracked screen and I was able to ship it to them (they paid) and they refunded the full purchase price as soon as they got it! I was given option of using PayPal, Amazon gift card, or paper check to get the money. Very cool!! "Bought an accident warranty on my iPad just under 2 years ago. Recently my son dropped the iPad on a table and cracked the screen. SquareTrade immediately approved the warranty (minus the $49 deductible) and authorized me to take the iPad to my local place to have it repaired. When I emailed them the receipt from the repair, I got reimbursed in about 30 minutes. Boom. Thanks SquareTrade!"
"Can't believe how fast and efficient the customer service process was and everything went smooth. Friday claim was called in. Sunday took iPad to get fixed at Apple. Paid the repair price and emailed square trade my receipt and within 30 minutes I had my money into my paypal account They work on Sunday's !!!!????
