"Awesome experience. Samsung Galaxy S5-I cracked the screen on my phone. I shipped it to Squaretrade on Monday. They repaired it and shipped it back in 3 days. I received my phone by fedex before I even received the email stating they repaired it and shipped it. Squaretrade cost me $75.00, AT&T wanted $200 to send me a replacement of a refurbished phone. Will be insuring all future cell phones with Squaretrade."
"I have used Square Trade for many years for all electronic purchases. They are always quick to respond and either provide troubleshooting steps, provide instructions on how to have my item repaired or pay for my claim. Every response has been correct, even when I doubted it would be. I choose the PayPal option for payments and the day they receive confirmation of return of the unrepairable item, the money is in my account. Highly recommended. "
