"I recently purchased a new square trade waranty because of my most current interaction with them. I purchase a carpet steamer from Amazon about three years ago. Fortunately I had the foresight to buy a square trade warranty. Low and behold the steamer gave out and I couldn't remember if I purchased one and took a look at my Amazon which proved that not only did I purchase it I was still covered. "I was very pleased with the service at Square Trade and would not hesitate to purchase again. The phone reps were fair-minded, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. They were prompt on arranging a service repair visit. The repair tech was courteous and knowledgeable. After being unable to repair my product, I received a check from Square Trade in less than 1 week. That's very good servicing!"
