"This is the second time I've used Square Trade and had to submit a claim. I am so glad that I spent the extra money for the insurance. The first electronic was a Kurio Touch for my oldest daughter and after a few months it stopped charging. As I was getting ready to submit the claim to Square Trade I was preparing for a fight. " Amazingly good company. Accidentally dropped and drowned my GPS unit. Contacted Squaretrade and had a claim filed in about 5 minutes. Their call back service is terrific. Had a very professional and helpful representative send me out a return label. Packed up the unit and sent it off through Fedex the next morning. By that afternoon Squaretrade had sent me a credit back though my paypal account and I picked up a replacement next day. Was back on the road with no hassles whatsoever. They really are amazing."
