"SquareTrade is a must have for any electronics if you want peace of mind. Value coupled with excellent customer service is what my experience is with SquareTrade. My cordless phone went bad and I opened a claim. They asked me to ship the unit. As soon as i shipped, my paypal account was credited even before the item reaching them. Now, that is SPEED...!
