Was given instruction on how to return item to squaretrade and before I was able to send item out I already had my refunded money deposited in my paypal acct. "I purchased a multifunction printer 2 years ago and always buy a square trade warranty with any electronic product I buy. I have never had to use one until now. I was very impressed with the ease of handling my claim. I filled out some information online, was contacted by a customer service representative the next day and within 3 business days I had a refund of the purchase price of my printer and was able to order another one.
