"Can't believe how fast and efficient the customer service process was and everything went smooth. Friday claim was called in. Sunday took iPad to get fixed at Apple. Paid the repair price and emailed square trade my receipt and within 30 minutes I had my money into my paypal account They work on Sunday's !!!!???? Wowwww It was a shocker but glad I was able to have this handled on a Sunday since my daughter needs the iPad because all her school books are on there. "iPhone 5 got wet and it was covered by our Squaretrade warranty. Took the phone to an Apple store for replacement. We paid in Apple store, but immediately sent the receipt to Squaretrade via email. They processed the refund to our paypal account right away. Great experience!! Highly recommend :)"
"I signed up for Square Trade coverage for a refurbished iPad 4 I bought on eBay. When the home button started to fail I filed with Square Trade to cover the repair, within 24 hours I had approval. After getting it repaired at a local shop all I had to do was send a scan of the receipt and within hours I was fully reimbursed via Paypal! It couldn't have been easier! "

"On October 26, 2014 my dog chased the cat across the desk starting a domino affect reaction ending with a diet coke spilling onto the key board of my laptop. It would no long boot-up.
