"Customer service was both courteous and prompt with the handling of my claim. I was delightfully surprised by the many options provided to me when it came time for repair or replacement of my warrantied item. SquareTrade offered me several choices and delivered on their promise to expedite their service. This type of service is simply not attainable from any retail outlet that I am aware of. I could not be more pleased. "

"I have used SquareTrade services for a few years now and have all of my electronics and cell phone with them. I have never had to wait for service, their agents have been very curtious and treat you like a neighbor, not a client. This is my second claim and I am still amaized at the speeds my claims were handled. Fast, precise, and settled within 7 days. I will continue to use them as long as they remain in business. "Processing a claim with SquareTrade was reasonably quick and smooth. I had insured a cordless phone system which developed problems with the handsets. They did want to make sure I had tried new batteries before accepting the claim, and they wanted me to send them the broken phone. Both were reasonable requests, which slowed the process a little, but not bad. They pre-paid the shipping for me to send it to them. All in all, I'd recommend them, and will continue buying my warranties through them. "

"I am so very satisfied with how Square trade took care of me. I broke my E-reader and I had the purchase price in my hand within a two week span of time. Very happy.I have 5 more warranties with them now. Thank you!"

"I was pleasantly surprised with how great Square Trade handled my first claim with them. First, I sent several e-mails with different questions regarding the claim. Sean replied to each e-mail within 24 hours, most of them much quicker. If I wanted to replace the faulty printer with a new one, they found several places online and provided me with the seller and price. Or I could accept the money, which I did because the printer now had many bad reviews. They provided a printable self-addressed prepaid label for me to return... read more

"It was amazing how easy Square Trade made it to file a claim and to receive the reimbursement at full price for what I had paid for the product. I have already used the the money to replace the product with left over change. I will continue to use Square Trade for my extended warranties. It is well worth the money. Thanks to square trade. "

"After a year and 1/2 of average use with my xbox 360 It began to have issues finding the game, and eventually wasn't able to find the game disc in the drive at all. I tried all the suggestions from Square Trade to get my xbox working correctly on my own with no luck. So, Square Trade emailed me a shipping label to send the xbox to them. They gave me the option to have it fixed or refunded for what I paid for it, I chose to be refunded. The give a 5% bonus if you receive the refund by Amazon gift card. "I cannot say enough great things about my experience with SquareTrade when my digital picture frame stopped working. Before contacting the company I got myself ready to encounter the usual runaround associated with the claims process. But, to my shock I was contacted within 12 hours and the entire matter completed within 36 hours. I look forward the next time working with them....actually not really because that would mean something needs fixing but you get the picture. Wonderful from start to finishe"
