I tried everything to get it to print again and was quite upset since this was my second printer in about 4 years. "I recently dropped my iPad on a hard floor and the whole screen cracked. I traveling for work and was able to still use it (carefully so as not to cut my fingers) for the short remainder of my stay. I started a claim with squaretrade as soon as I got home and the process was extremely smooth and easy. I ended up calling to see if I could bypass the deductible and work directly with apple. That's what I did and I had a new iPad within 24 hours of my returning home. Squaretrade is awesome!! Highly recommend."
"Best, most efficient warranty transaction I've ever experienced. My covered Acer Easystore server was unrepairable, so rather than sending it in, loosing my data then waiting for a warranty payment, the ST rep, paypaled the payment while I was on the phone, so I could find a different server with less downtime in between. Way better than any other warranty service and for a fraction of the cost. I told several of my clients of my experience already!"
