"I'm trying to make my excellent experiences with SquareTrade sound believable. I have now had 1 claim for my Samsung Galaxy SIII and 1 claim for my son's iPod Touch. Both times they've exceeded my expectations. Summary of my last claim - I called to initiate the claim for my SG3 and was approved to do a local repair. I called the repair place, they had to overnight a new screen. Fixed next day (paid by me), emailed receipts, got approved 5 minutes later (yes 5min). Money in my Paypal acct 2 days later. "Great service. My IPOD went through the washing machine, forgot it was in my pants pocket. I had purchased the warrenty that included water damage. I called and the agent I talked to was very nice and quick. Since it had water damage he said they could not fix it and will replace the whole purchase price. "I have had the insurance for my pair of Bose QC15 for almost 3 years. When i filed a claim on a broken jack on the headphone. I was guided through the whole process in getting my replacement cable from Bose and was reimbursed in a few days with no hassle. I just bought insurance on my iphone 5 a few months ago and will keep insuring my electronics thru this company. AAA1 customer service."
"I had an issue recently with an Epson Printer which I purchased a few years ago. I took a three (3) year warantee on it from Square Trade. I submitted a claim to them, shipped the printer back to them and on the same day that Square Trade received my printer for defect verification, I was notified that my claim had been accepted and verified. "I have had nothing but great experiences with SquareTrade warranties. This claim was for a TV that had stopped working. A service technician contacted me within 24 hours of the claim being submitted to set up in-home repair, as promised in the warranty. The TV is repaired and working perfectly again. I highly recommend purchasing a SquareTrade warranty with any electronics purchase."
"Extremely happy I purchased my SquareTrade warranty. My printer stopped working just a month before the warranty expired. It was easy to access my warranty information and get a claim going. I was Incredible impressed by the speed in which my claim was processed and how quickly I received the check in the mail. It all took less than 2 weeks!!
