"Square Trade offers top notch warranty service. I had purchased an Acer Tablet on Ebay and a couple months after I received it, the unit was dropped and the screen was shattered. I immediately hopped online worried that the warranty process would be long and confusing...to my surprise it was the exact opposite, quick and easy!
