"I purchased a warranty for my new tablet. I got the warranty with the drop and accident coverage and as it goes I knocked the tablet off the table and it broke the power adapter plug and could not charge. Contacted the warranty department and open the a claim. A few hours later I was contacted by the warranty department and informed that it would paid in full and ship the broken one to them. I am so happy that i did purchased this warranty"

And when you have to put a claim in , they are quick to reply and if they cant fix the problem, a refund is issued as soon as the item is mailed back and they receive info from UPS that it is being sent back."
