"I have made a number of warranties thru SquareTrade. I finally had submit a claim on a Coffee Maker. The Coffee Maker had a problem with its electronics and just had an error number on it's display where the clock should be. I submitted a claim to SquareTrade thru their website. I got an email from SquareTrade that evening. They told me to pack it up and ship it to them with a free UPS label. I sent them my old Coffee Maker and 2 days later they gave me a refund for my purchase price of the coffee maker. The was no problems... read more
"I did not expect to ever see the claim solved. I figured square trade would come up with some excuse why not to pay the claim. I have bought extended warranties from the big box stores and have not been happy. Square trade processd the claim quickly. They sent me a email with a prepaid shipping label. I was able to track the process the claim easily. In fact in less than a week the money was in my paypal account. "The service at Squaretrade is impecable. I purchased a warranty for my Motorola headphones not thinking I would actually need to file a claim. A few months later the headphones went out on me and I found myself needing to have them replaced. Luckily I had squaretrade and they made the filing process quick and easy.
