"I don't think I've EVER had a quicker and easier experience regarding a warranty claim... They asked a few short questions regarding the problem and what I'd done to try to resolve the issue w/the item myself. I received an email back in no time at all- less than 24 hrs - telling me to print off the return mailing label... I did, and as SOON as it was registered in the system as being sent to them, Square Trade refunded my account for the full amount of the item. WOW. "
