"First of all, I was very glad that I purchased the warranty, because I needed it. I'm sure I would not have purchased a warranty anywhere else, because it would have been too expensive. But for the price, this warranty was a no-brainer. When my product quit working and I called SquareTrade Customer Service, they were very nice. "Square Trade was incredibly simple to deal with, I called to ask which number on the back of my cell phone which stopped working was the serial number as I was trying to submit a claim on line but I couldn't determine which number they wanted, and the person told me that they already had that information as it was purchased on ebay, so they sent me an e-mail that had the UPS label to return the unit for testing.
