We have sent in our cameras and the service has been so fast and all we have ever talked to have been so friendly and so helpful . We just sent in my laptop and had all fixed and sent back within 5 days. The process was so easy. "I purchased a new treadmill in November 2010 and shortly after bought the 3-year Square Trade warranty. We recently had an issue with the digital readout/computer control, and after trying to resolve the issue through the manufacturer, I contacted Square Trade and initiated the claim process. They concluded that the cost to repair the treadmill would be larger than the purchase cost, so they sent me a check for the full purchase amount of the treadmill. "In my opinion, Square Trade offers the best warranty on the market PERIOD. I have all of my electronics warrantied through them. I recently had my IPAD 2 destroyed, the screen was completely unusable. I put in my claim, within about 3 days I had my package and returned my device and about 4 days later the full amount for my IPad 2 was refunded to me so I could buy another device. Can anyone beat that?"
"SquareTrade has been by far the best warrantee service I have ever had the pleasure to be involved with. In the past, I never bothered with warranties because they seemed to be way too expensive, and if you did ever have a problem, they would come up with some weird reason why "oh, that's not covered".
