"I had a problem with my MP3 and called for assistant. The representative was very professional and handle my problem without any hassle. Within a few minutes I had a prepaid label to return it and a credit for the unit followed shortly. Great service and a pleasure to deal with. I would not be without a SquareTrade warranty on all my electronics. A+ company."

"First time user. I was kind of worry about what to do I never deal with any warranties bought online before, But wow that was fast and easy. That is what I call first class service. There was no delay, quick response from the rep. and easy to use online tool to keep track of your claim. Got my claim as a refund, money was deposit on my paypal account in less than 3 days or so. I will keep spreading the word about Squaretrade you guys are AWESOME !!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I absolutely love Square Trade! I probably have around 15-20 warranties with them and tell everyone I have an opportunity to tell about them. I have filed a couple of claims with them and have had great service and results. When given the choice to buy a retailer's warranty or a Square Trade warranty....I always choose Square Trade....hands down. "

"Absolutely the best. Not only the best price for a warranty, but also extended coverage at a reasonable price for our tech items. And finally, the BIG one; I had to file a claim on a Blu-Ray player, I did have to ship it back (so keep your boxes) but SquareTrade reimbursed me the full amount I paid for the player and timely too! Whatever I buy, first thing I do is purchase a Square Trade warranty. I can't stress enough how pleased I am with their service."

"SquareTrade made it extremely easy to process a claim online. I was quite surprised how well it went, fully expecting some sort of a letdown. Within a day, we had a full payout through an Amazon.com gift card, even before the returned item had arrived at their facility (with a prepaid UPS label). Simply awesome!"

"The merchant settled my claim in 48 hours post filing and I had PayPal $$'s in my account the same day, simply amazing. They really do take customer satisfaction seriously, and I am very pleased to have most of my home appliances, HDTV's, and most of my high-end computer and stereo gear, printers, etc on Square Trade warranties. I wouldn't have it any other way!"
