"SQUARE TRADE IS AWESOME! I buy warranties from them for all my major electronic purchases, and this is the first time i've had to take advantage of a claim. my cell phone "fried itself" while charging (according to square trade tech). i had a refund for the phoe within a week of sending it in. the warranties are reasonably priced and they are much easier to deal with than even manufacturer's warranties or store extended warranties. go with square trade!"

"SquareTrade is awesome, this is the second warranty I bought from them. Shortly after purchasing this one, I had to submit a claim against the first warranty I bought from them, and it was probably the easiest warranty process I've ever gone through with any company. They even e-mailed me a pre-paid label to ship back the defective monitor to them! Two thumbs up!"

"I purchased a Squre Trade warranty for a laptop computer which was purchased used. I was skeptical because I know the record that most of the aftermarket warranties hold. When the hard drive on the computer went out I filed a claim and Square Trade issued a pre-paid shipping label to send the computer to them. Within two days after they received the computer they issued me a complete refund of the $344.00 I paid for the computer. "I've been buying my electronics warranties from SquareTrade for some time now but have never had to put in a claim. My daughter dropped her LG cell phone, breaking the LCD screen. ST emailed a UPS label, I shipped the phone to them and it was returned FIXED in about a week. Cheaper than the carrier's extended warranty too! Very impressed."

The return instructions were very easy to follow, and the process was painless. The warranty was also processed in a timely manner with great communication.
