"Mini Split AC / Heat Pump repair using square-trade was pretty simple. The only negative is going via the third party company Square-Trade uses called Service Masters which locates the AC repair company in your city. We had too many issues with Service Masters which seemed not know how read the work order Square-Trade faxed them. First call on our repair comes from a kitchen repair center so no good, and the two days later another call comes from a one man AC repair place which quickly turns down the repair. "I had purchased the 2 year protection with spill and drop coverage for my Asus Transformer Prime and it was a good thing I did. A couple of days later my Prime took a header out of my backpack and onto the garage floor. The glass shattered and the screen would not power up. The claim process was painless and after 2 days with my tablet they notified me they could not fix it and a check was sent. I had the check 4 days later. Great experience and I already have my new Prime and it is now covered by SquareTrade as well."
