"Wow amazing service. GF only had her Ipad 1 for 1 week and I dropped it, it's easy to drop these tablets as the backing is really slippery. The back frame/plate was bent so couldn't turn off the ipad. First I called Apple, they would only swap for a refurbished for $350, no fixing. I checked some websites that fix Ipads, cost would have been over $200 to fix/replace the back frame and power/sleep button. "I filed a claim for my Nook that I had dropped. I had purchased a warranty with accident protection when I first bought the nook. They never questioned me beyond the standard form that you fill out for every claim. I was told I would get full refund for what I paid for the nook when I bought it. The refund was issued once they saw I had mailed it back, even before they received it. I filed my claim on June 2nd and had my refund via Paypal on June 3rd. Very fast! Highly recommend. "SquareTrade: From the time I reported a problem with my product, till a check was in the mail, the check was in the mail. What's not to like? I will always use SquareTrade for my warrentes, rather than the big box stores. They could not do better."

"This is the 2nd time I've had to actually us a SquareTrade warranty. My wife stepped on her nook on Friday, I reported it that night, Saturday I received a reply and postpaid UPS form. Return the unit that Saturday. They replied that a full refunded would be applied and I picked up a new Nook for my wife Tuesday (Monday was a Holiday}. This could not have gone smoother! My wife and I thank-you SquareTrade! "

"Great company to use for product warranty. I submitted a claim for a broken printer and was paid within a few days via my paypal account. They even added 5% to the claim to off set Paypal's charges."
