"I have several extended warranties with SquareTrade and I just had to use one of them a couple of weeks ago for a defective DVR component. SquareTrade handled the transaction FASTER than any other company I've ever worked with. They provided a full refund of the purchase price within a couple of days. SquareTrade couldn't have done anything better then they did! Superb Customer Service and I highly recommend that everyone use them for your extended warranty needs."

"I had a x-box 360 that failed, the online clam processing was easy and fast. But I had to phone in additional information. That process was excellent, the automated menu system was easy to navigate. The Person I spoke to was polite, articulate, and made processing the clam fast and easy. If I ever need to warranty a item I wound not hesitate to purchase a square trade warranty. "

"I have several warranties that I have purchased from Squaretrade. This was the first time I have had to make a claim. The claim procedure is hands-down the easiest, most hassle free process anyone could expect or ask for. "I am shocked by how easy the process to replace my damaged ipad was. I submitted a claim and a box to return it for repair immediately. It was determined the next day to be unrepairable and a check was issued for full replacement. I will insure our replacement ipad with SquareTrade without question. "
