"Wow! this warranty is the best i seen and used out there.. I dropped my ipad and shattered the screen 4 days after buying it and i was so vexed over it.. Thank God i purchased square trade.. They walked me thorough the process and told me i had an option on sending them the ipad or taking it to apple store to fix which i did and they replaced for me. 2 days later they sent me the money for the swap to paypal after i sent the receipt.
