"My daughter's 14 mth old Mac Book no longer charged. Borrowing a charger cord from a friend let us determine that the problem was simply the cord. A less-than-5 minute phone call to Square Trade and we were approved to order the new cord from Apple, submit the invoice and receive a check. The rep on the phone could not have been more helpful, a claim confirmation email arrived immediately and we were informed of the claim's progress every step of the way. It's always fast, easy and worry-free, from the beginning I apply for the warranty, maintain my warranty, submit my claim, respond to my claim and get my refund or warranty work performed. "SquareTrade saved my tail. Between using my iPad2 for work and letting my kids play with it, I was concerned something would happen and with it being such an expensive device, that was not something I wanted to risk unprotected. I purchased the warranty and sure enough, it was dropped and the glass screen shattered. The staff at SquareTrade were very helpful on providing me with different options.
