"I had a TI-84+ scientific calculator - almost $100 - for 1-1/2 years. Thankfully I took out a SquareTrade warranty! After all this time, my daughter was just calculating along when it went haywire. No fix resolved it. SquareTrade sent me a pre-paid shipping label to return the calculator to them and PROMPTLY refunded every dollar I paid for it! With a whole bunch of entertainment center purchases (and the holidays) coming up, I don't now what I would do without SquareTrade. I cannot recommend them highly enough! "
"Anyone who likes electronics but dislikes when those electronics break has to get a waranty through this company! I bought a hard drive and put bought a 3 yr waranty with accidental handling, the unfortunate happened i dropped the hard drive and broke it! "This is a company that actually operates as advertised. I've had two claims with Square Trade, each of which was processed expeditiously and professionally. The later one involved replacement of the power supply in my desktop computer. I had it repaired locally, submitted the invoices, and was promptly reimbursed. "I have had several warranties with SquareTrade over the years. Recently, our desktop computer stopped working and I filed a claim for the first time. I was amazed with the speed that SquareTrade handled my claim. It took them no time to determine that it could not be repaired and a check was in the mail within a few days. The definitions of service and integrity should from now on be SquareTrade. "
