"I ad an unfortunate accident with my nook color where it fell in water and no longer would work, I filed an online claim on a Saturday night, I was sent a prepaid shipping label, I mailed it in Monday and within hours of dropping it off at UPS store I received full replacement deposited in my PayPal account!!
