"OVERALL: Excellent. MY ADVICE: I was unable to get my claim resolved through online/internet correspondence. A phone representative was most helpful in resolving and moving my claim forward. I received a check for the defective item very quickly. SUMMARY: I would definitely purchase a Square Trade warranty in the future. I am signed up to receive their email and receive additional offers for deeper discounts on their warranties."
