"I bought a 28" LCD monitor about 6 months ago, it was a refurb and it worked great until a month ago. Luckily I had purchased a SquareTrade warranty on it, I submitted my claim on 10/5, which was approved later that day, I was given a prepaid shipping label and I shipped the defective monitor on Saturday, 10/8. I received my payment on 10/11, I was amazed at how fast the entire process was, I honestly didn't expect to get my payment for at least a week after they received the monitor. "I purchased a SquareTrade Warranty on my DVD player/recorder. I liked the unit and was hopeful I wouldn't need to use the coverage. About a month before my warranty was over, my DVD recorder stopped working and kept flashing an error code. I tried to troubleshoot with the manufacturer, but it didn't work. They suggested a $100 repair! I contacted SquareTrade and was promptly satisfied! It would not be cost-effective to fix my unit, and I was refunded my purchase price within 2 days of contacting them! "Square Trade was the best experience I have ever had in dealing with any type of warranty/repair service. A repairman first came to my home to assess the situation. His service call bill was paid immediately. Once the final diagnosis was made that indicated my appliance would cost more to repair it rather than replace it, my original purchase price was refunded very quickly as well. Competent friendly people to do business with. I will definitely be a Square Trade warranty buyer again. Thanks again "

"Making a claim was easy. The service representative responded to my claim and made suggestions that could possibly fix the problem that I was having. When I responded that none of the suggestions worked, I received an email with a link to print a prepaid UPS mailing label to return the broken item. I chose to receive an Amazon gift card as my refund. I had an email with information on how to obtain my gift card within 34 hours of having dropped the item off at the UPS store. "I HAVE SEVERAL WARRANTY CONTRACTS WITH SQUARE TRADE. IVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS. I HAD NEVER USED THE SERVICE BUT THE OTHER WEEK I HAD TO CALL THEM ABOUT A ITEM THAT HAD STOPPED WORKING. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY WILLING TO HELP ME WITH THE PROCESS OF FILING A CLAIM.
