"I wouldn't buy ANY electronics item without a Squaretrade Warranty! This is my second harmony remote control in 3 years on which I bought the warranty. Both died within months of the end of the manufacturers warranty. (Does that tell you something about Harmony Remotes????). But both times, I made a claim with Squaretrade, and withing HOURS of me shipping the remote to them, they approved my claim and issued payment. SQUARETRADE IS THE BEST!"
