"I am so happy I chose SquareTrade to warranty my daughter's new laptop. She only had it for approx 1 month when she dropped the laptop on the cement floor in her dorm room. SquareTrade answered my claim within 24 hours and over the Labor Day Holiday weekend advising me that I could print off a prepaid mailing label and send the computer to them.
