"This has to be the most smoothest warranty transaction I have ever done. I'm not one to write a review so for me to actually write one myself should tell you to buy it. So I'll explain the process exactly how it went for me. I first bought a bluray player on Amazon and saw the Squaretrade warranty on the recommendation icon. I decided what the hell and bought it. "Customer service was wonderful. I started out entering my claim online which was very user friendly. I admit to being a bit annoyed when my instant result was "covered under manufacturer warranty." But there was a little disclaimer that said if the manufacturer rejected it to give them a call. So I called the manufacturer, they told me their warranty didn't cover it. I called Square Trade and they had it handled in 5 minutes. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to be able to go into the claim online and update... read more
