"The whole process was hassle free. I'm so used to having to go back and forth to get satisfaction that I always dread having to call any Customer Service Rep. I understood that my laptop may actually cost more to repair and was more than satisfied when I was notified that it could not be repaired and a full refund was being done. That process went very smooth as well. Refund was sent back thru PayPal and back into my bank account. I am so very happy that I decided to buy the SquareTrade Warranty!"
"I was never of fan of extended warranties. That is until I found square trade! The prices of the square trade warranties blow the competition away. Plus, and this is a big plus, they offer additional accidental damage coverage on most new portable electronics purchased from retailers. Since digital cameras, ipods and ipads are so fragile I wouldn't be without this coverage. "SquareTrade turned out to be a really great investment for me. So far, I've had them cover 2 laptops and a smartphone, all with accidental damage coverage. When I stupidly dropped my phone in water, they reviewed the damage, and decided to just write me a check for the full amount of coverage for the phone. It was all really quick and user friendly. SquareTrade rocks!"
