"I purschased a digital music recorder on ebay and was fortunate enough to purchase the SquareTrade warranty as well. A couple months in, the hard drive crashed on the unit and the manufacturer wanted to charge more than I paid for the unit to fix it. SquareTrade took care of it quickly and easily and in only a couple days I have a new recorder on its was to me. Nice to know someone actually backs up their claims. I'm very impressed with SquareTrade and won't hesitate to use them again for future purchases. "

"I'M SO GLAD I purchased my warranty from square trade! It has turn out to be the best pruchase I have made. Without any difficult questions I had gotten a wonderful and very quick response from square trade in helping me with my computer issues. Because of not having a servicce tech in my area, square trade remiebursed me the amount I paid for my computer!! Thank you square trade, now I can buy a Mac and I will be purchasing a warranty for the Mac too!"
