"This is our first experience in redeeming the warranty we purcahsed for s cordless telephone. After replacing the battery and the phone was still inoperable, we contacted "ST" and they promptly sent us instructions for returning the unit and we received it for a full credit in less than five business days. "

"I had a first edition Kindle with a squaretrade warranty for 3 years on it. I am not sure what happened but the screen was damaged and I filed claim, No hassle from SqT they took it back and repaired it. it was working great at first then started to have freezing problems I then claimed again on it and I was given a check to get a new kindle! and of course I immediately got a squaretrade warranty on the new one. It was so hassle free my experience was great thank you!"
