I contacted Square Trade and within a couple of days I received a shipping label to return the merchandise. The Square Trade team was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way during the return process. "I am so impressed and pleased with SquareTrade! The flash on my canon powershot a570is quit working Christmas Day - how inconvenient!
