"I am so happy that I purchased a warranty for my brand new Verizon Voyager. I expected it to work more than 6 months. Of course, the manufacturer wouldn't cover the phone. I contacted Square Trade and had my money in no time at all. It was deposited into my Paypal account. I used that money to purchase a new used phone and bought a warranty for it too! "I purchased a warranty from SquareTrade earlier this year (2010) when I bought a used cell phone on EBay. I figured for about $15 it was worth a chance. Since most warranties are much more expensive and I have had bad luck in the past with other warranties, $15 didn't seem like a big risk. "Square Trade Services, is a good company to receive a extended warranty from. The web Site is easy to use, and the program is very reasonable in pricing of warranties. I would definitely refer friends to them for electronic warranties. I carry about 10 with them now. And have gotten nothing less than great service. Communications are +++ Response times are +++ And you can even talk to a live person if you want.+++"

"This is the second item I've had to file a claim on and it went easily. Service people I talked to were friendly, helpful, and just plain out great. I have bought Square Trade warranties on most all the electronics I have purchased in the past 3 years. I highly recommend it, can't really go wrong if do buy it. "
