"I filed a claim for my Nook that I had dropped. I had purchased a warranty with accident protection when I first bought the nook. They never questioned me beyond the standard form that you fill out for every claim. I was told I would get full refund for what I paid for the nook when I bought it. The refund was issued once they saw I had mailed it back, even before they received it. I filed my claim on June 2nd and had my refund via Paypal on June 3rd. Very fast! Highly recommend.
