I took advantage of the apple replacement deal where I went into the Apple store and bought the replacement phone and submitted my receiptnto Square Trade via email. "My square trade expierence was wonderful very fast service. I filed my claim Sun. morning and within hours I had been accepted and was abble to go to the apple store the evening and purchase another phone. I came home fax the purchase infromation to squretrade and the next day I was told that I would have a refund In my pay pal account in 2-3 days but it was put in my account the very next day.
