"Square Trade does just what they say they will do. If you have a claim, there are no hassles at all and they settle your claim in a very timely manner. Their customer service reps are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I would hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and I have done so."

"The warranty department was very responsive. They sent me 3 mails with a link to print a shipping label. The label never printed. After calling and verifying that they could not print a label either, SquarTrade sent me an affidavit to sign. Once I signed and returned it, I had a credit for the purchase price of my defective DVD recorder in my PayPal account. Fantastic service and support!"

"I have had many warranties both from manufacturers and stores. Any time I had to actually use one of them I had to jump through hoops to get service and wait forever for a service provider to contact me while I was unable to use my product.
