"Awesome. Response time was very quick and the service was excellent. We had a warranty on my son's XBox headset which was about $130. From the time I put in the claim at Square Trade, my son had a brand new delivered to in 3 days from Amazon. The plan was very reasonably priced and well worth it!"
"Making a claim was easy. The service representative responded to my claim and made suggestions that could possibly fix the problem that I was having. When I responded that none of the suggestions worked, I received an email with a link to print a prepaid UPS mailing label to return the broken item. I chose to receive an Amazon gift card as my refund. I had an email with information on how to obtain my gift card within 34 hours of having dropped the item off at the UPS store. "I could not be happier with SquareTrade warranty. One of my best buys of the year. My IPad 2 fell out of my car on Saturday and the screen cracked. I filled out the warranty info online and the process started. I received a box with prepaid shipping back to them. Did I mention it was over night shipping to them!!! "I ad an unfortunate accident with my nook color where it fell in water and no longer would work, I filed an online claim on a Saturday night, I was sent a prepaid shipping label, I mailed it in Monday and within hours of dropping it off at UPS store I received full replacement deposited in my PayPal account!!
