I filed a claim because the TV picture freezes and is non-responsive to the remote. The fix requires that I unplug, wait a few seconds, and then replug. The claims processing rep told me to submit a "video" of the TV showing the frozen picture. Are you kidding me, A VIDEO? How will a video of a frozen picture help in processing the claim? Appears to me a tactic to create "red tape" for the customer.
I called within 30nthe first time and now they won't honor their warranty
Was offered items that were NOTHING liek My purchase, was offered a return on the cost of item so i could attempt to purchase a new item & never recieved that refund & now it says I cant do anything. Meanwhile my 2 year old nonverbal autistic child freaks out bc he doesnt have his car on his walks!
It took me about 3 weeks to finally talk to someone intelligent enough to process my claim and get something done…
They called day of delivery to advise change in repair date. Still waiting for the repair.
Need you to give me a replacement or fix my sweeper. Still waiting
It's been a week and I was told the parts for the TV would be here within 2 to 5 days. They haven't arrived. Then I was provided an email to schedule an in-home repair. The link in the email doesn't work and I am unable to schedule a repair. I've had to call Allstate and speak directly with a representative who can't give me a direct answer and who cannot help scheduling the repair.
My part is not arrived yet
Just a frustrating process.
