"I have purchased only about 3 warranties from SquareTrade and never had to utilize it until my laptop I won on eBay started having problems. Initially, they were easily fixable but then I was told it needed a new motherboard and it also had an issue with the keyboard. When I filed my claim online, it was reviewed and approved that same day by SquareTrade. I was so relieved and happy.
