Still Have Not Received My Replacement
I had a problem with my AirPods Pro second generation microphone in my headphones and when I placed a claim, they said it was approved, but all they offered me was the case not the headphones. My problem was with the earbuds not the case yet that’s all they offered me.
Frustrating! First phone call got right part but wrong finish & extra parts delivered. “Chat” was useless wasted time. Second call got all matching knobs (but not same finish as original) I’m using these because they match each other, not the stove, because it’s too frustrating & time consuming to try to get the correct replacement. I have not received the credit/refund for the claim I submitted for glasses.
I forgot how little these plans cover. My plan states "Power : Normal wear and tear is covered on power issues. My issue : Power cord salls out of TV randomly, thus disconnecting the power. TV shuts down. I do not plug it in and out, as I use the remote. This issue is not covered. This is my 2nd interaction with Allstate Protection Plans. They never cover my issues. Supposedly my new TV was delivered and it wasn't!!!
Just did a claim but nothing has gotten done.
I had purchased a backpack from Walmart online and I paid for the protection plan. Four months after I purchased there was a rip in the stitching. I I filed the claim and as soon as I had filed, the claim I was offered a $44 gift certificate to settle the claim, I accepted the settlement less than two hours later. I had ordered a replacement backpack complete with the protection plan again I received it two days ago.
Was told would replace and only gave cost I paid, even website had several of worthy replacement. So much for buying on sale, buying a warranty worthy of up to $349.99.
