"I have been a customer of SquareTrade for years. I have purchase numerous warranties but had never had to utilize the warranty claim service until recently. Two of the items I had purchased warranties for quit working at different times this year. The first item was a DVD player. I contacted SquareTrade & informed them of the problem and all I had to do was ship them the DVD player. Within 8 days SquareTrade deposited the claim funds in my Paypal account. "I purchased a 2 year warranty for what I considered an exceptionally reasonable price. My console died within the warranty coverage. SquareTrade sent me a prepaid shipping label to ship the defective console to them. In very short order I received a check for the full amount covered by the warranty. I am VERY happy with my dealings with SquareTrade and will definitely purchase a warranty from them when I purchase my replacement console."
